Account & Data Deletion

Under GDPR and other applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days of receiving your request.

When you request account deletion, we permanently remove:

• Your profile (name, username, email, avatar, bio)
• All chat messages and AI tutor conversation history
• Your personal vocabulary dictionary
• Assessment attempts and scores
• Booking history and session records
• Any documents or notes associated with your account
• Push notification tokens and device identifiers

We may retain certain data where we have a legitimate legal obligation to do so, including:

• Financial transaction records required for tax and accounting purposes (up to 7 years)
• Aggregated, anonymised analytics that cannot be linked back to you

You can request deletion of your account and data by emailing us directly. Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate and remove your data.

We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. If we need any additional information to verify your identity, we will contact you at the email address provided.
